A WORD To the Wise

You know when I started this, I thought it might be difficult to find something to write about everyday but it’s not. Not yet. Today’s topic is going to sound repetitive to anyone that is looking for a job, but PROOF READ your RESUME.

By the way did you know if you write in all caps in Word and you miss-spell something, Word will never tell you? That’s right no helpful underlined red zigzag there. Even when I use the spell check under the Review tab and have spelled something like APRAT, just now it won’t catch it. I guess if you are yelling in writing, Word turns a deaf ear. The funny thing is Firefox catches no problem...why?

Take it from me save yourself some stress and either look up each word or don’t capitalize them.  

This makes me laugh and cry a little, about a fourth of the reason I started this blog was to help myself get better at double checking my writing. Oh life...
